David Von Holtum, Owner, Hearing Instrument Specialist (H.I.S.)
Ernie Thune opened The Hearing Aid Center in Thief River Falls, Minnesota in September 1955. Upon Ernie’s passing in 2005, long-time employee Lola Wiskow and her husband, Wallace, purchased the business naming it Lola’s Hearing Aid Center. Lola retired in 2015 and David Von Holtum and his wife, Carna, are now the proud owners and operators of Lola’s Hearing Aid Center.
Prior to Lola’s Hearing Aid Center, David had been at the Beltone Hearing Aid offices in Thief River Falls, Roseau, Bemidji, Bagley, Grafton, and Cavalier since 2010.
David continues Ernie and Lola’s philosophy of treating patients like family. He is licensed in both Minnesota and North Dakota.
